The list of documents for business visa to Italy:
Passport (must be valid for 3 months after the expiry of the visa) and photocopy of the first page.
2 photos (color, 3.5 ± 4.5).
Statement in the prescribed form (in Italian or English).
Original and photocopy of the invitation on the letterhead of the inviting organization. The invitation should be specified:
The exact dates of your stay and the dates of entry and exit. (If requested multiple-entry visa, this should be reflected in the invitation, and indicate the date of first entry and stay.)
The purpose and itinerary;
Obligations of the host content guest for the entire stay.
Original and photocopy of an extract from the trade register (not more than three months old).
Insurance (must be valid throughout the territory of the Schengen area and the entire term of the requested visa).
Bank statement for the amount of 50 Euro per day per person or Traveler's checks.
Letter from the employer indicating the position and salary.
Booking tickets with fixed dates back and forth.
For traveling children - the original and photocopy of birth certificate.
If a child under 18 years leaves not two, but one of their parents, other relatives or accompanying persons must be notarized authorization from the remaining parent (s) to leave the child.
