Citizens of CIS countries to visit Germany require a visa. The German Embassy in Moscow provides two types of visas: Schengen visa and German national visa.

The Schengen visa is issued for a stay up to 90 days to act, as a rule, not more than a year and entitles you to a single or multiple entry to Germany.

National German visa originally issued for up to 3 months and may be extended by the German competent authority for foreigners.

Rules apply for a visa in Germany:

For a visa to Germany must be submitted by the applicant in the country of residence.

Consideration of visa application is carried out only in the presence of all required documents and after payment of the visa fee:

Schengen visa and transit visa - € 35,00
Design of the German national visa - €30,00
The fee is payable all applicants. Children under 18 years pay 50% of the fee.
The fee for a visa to Germany is charged in rubles.

List of documents required for entry visas to Germany:

Valid passport (validity must be at least 3 - months after the expiry of the visa).

The second valid passport (if any). It is also desirable to provide the old (canceled) passport containing the Schengen visas.

Copies of all pages of internal passport (copies must be of high quality, fuzzy or fax a copy of the embassy are not accepted).

2 photos (color, matte, on a light background, size - 3,5h 4,5cm).

Completed visa application form.
Certificate of employment (on letterhead), indicating position, salary and date of enrollment to the post.
For non-working (children, students, housewives and pensioners), you must provide a letter on the financing of the trip and a certificate of employment from one of the working family.
